Shipping and Return Policies
Thank you for shopping with Princess Canopy Beds. All sales are final. Shipping insurance is included with your shipment should your bed have any damage upon arrival. Thank you!
Custom Ordered Items:
All custom orders are final sales. We cannot accept any cancellations, or returns due to the nature of our business of providing customized products.
All Custom made-to-order items require payment in full upon order unless you are desiring a payment plan. S&H is paid for at the time of delivery on most products.
Damage During shipment:
If your item suffers damage during shipment, we may replace any and all damaged parts free of charge to you and in a timely manner if instructions are properly followed.
NOTE: You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. All shipments are curbside delivery yet often time a driver may be kind enough to bring to a front door or garage. Drivers are not obligated to go up stairs. The boxes can be heavy to you may want to have 2 people to help with the transport of the boxes into your residence. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your boxes, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item’s packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket.
Please remember that if you sign the delivery ticket as “clear” and without notating any damage, we cannot be responsible for the repair or replacement of the merchandise. The items can still be replaced yet it would be at the expense of the buyer.
Again, all shipments are curbside delivery only and are not set up in your home. This service is offered yet you must inquire for a custom quote.

Once we are notified of the damage, we will file a claim. In most cases, the replacement parts will not be reshipped until the claim check has been submitted by the shippers.
Ordering During the Holidays:
If an order is placed between the dates of Nov 5 thru Jan 5, please add an extra 2-3 weeks for your order to ship out. This does include Standard 6-8 week and RUSH 3-4 week orders. Thank you. Our company is closed for creation from Dec 17-Jan 5. This means that all orders should add those 20 close days onto their order ship out date. Example: most orders that are placed past Nov 5th should expect an extra 20 days added on to wait time. This is our only time of year to stop from creation so we thank you for your patience during our much needed time of rest. If your order is going to be received by the holiday, you will need to communicate with us prior to purchase so we can look at our schedule and confirm ship out dates.
All of our delivery times quoted are for “creation time” and do not include the shipment time frame and this can vary from 1-7 days extra on most standard deliveries.
If you are overseas, please email us for a custom quote. Overseas shipment will be subject to tax or duties as well as shipment fees. Quotes are to Port only.
Please note that all Canadian shipments will be entitled to pay for tax and Duty. This amount will be due above the cost of the bed order itself. You will not pay this to Princess Canopy Beds as this will be paid to your border agent. We will assign you to A&A contract broker unless you have your own.
As well, all bedding orders alone will be subject to additional S&H if going to Canada.
